Program Coordination and Government Sales

  • Focus in business development and identify business opportunities in the Government Sectors.
  • Develop marketing plans and programs to achieve product awareness for Government Sectors.
  • Responsible to maintain a high level of sales achievement and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain good business relationship with existing customers through regular field visitation, understanding their needs and providing appropriate customer service for business continuity and growth.
  • Ensure prompt collections before it becomes overdue.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in providing management reporting, ie sales report, collection analysis, etc.

Sales Support

  • Provide customer service and after sales support to their corporate customers
  • Attend and handle to the customer inquiries relating to their products
  • Escalate the problem or issue to the Call center and follow up the issue until closure
  • Monitor and follow up collection from their customers
  • Assist in sales and promotional events roll out by the Sales Department



  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in Sales/Customer Service industry, with proven track record in Government Sales or in similar working capacity.
  • Experience in management reporting and good in using MS Excel
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • A team player who takes ownership to drive sales results
  • Must be willing to travel
