Area of Responsibilities:

The roles & responsibilities are as follows:

  • Works with the Sales team to respond to RFPs, RFQs and relevant pre sales activities.
  • Works with the Sales Specialist in developing and maintaining an account plan, which focuses on identifying opportunities to sell ICT product and managed services offered by the company.
  • Utilizes the strong marketing and technical consulting background to run client requirement discovery sessions and map the technology and services offered by the company with the current and future business strategy of the clients.
  • Scopes, analyses, negotiates designs, models and documents solution architectures that define strategic and optimum solution based on customer needs with winning strategies for customer implementations and upgrades.
  • Documents the technical solutions and illustrate the configuration using relevant tools.
  • Ensure service estimates, high level requirements and customer expectations are captured and clearly communicated.
  • Requires continual learning of new products and technologies and is willing to earn industrially recognized certifications.
  • Work and influence the product team to align on Product Development and influence based on customer experience.
  • Mentors new team members through the training plan within the department.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting for all pre-sale activities.



  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology or equivalent. Industrial certifications would be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with proven record of designing and implementing solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in Managed Network centric services (in particular but not limited to collaborations, security, LAN/WAN) and/ or managed IT centric services (in particular but not limited to IT Tech Support, Cloud Services, Data Centers/ DRC).
  • Has extensive level of business and industry acumen; keeps current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges.
  • Has experience analyzing, designing, documenting the implementation of service oriented enterprise-level ICT systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work independently.
  • Ability to partner across various functional groups including account executives, sales specialists, product development, marketing and strategic partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment of high-level professionals.
  • Capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with clients.
  • Strong customer and sales focus with the ability to influence prospect.
