Daily Shop Operations

*Oversee operations of the shop
*Ensure accurate stock count done at opening & closing
*Ensure accurate cash declaration, credit card settlement and on-time bank in of cash  from sales
*Maintain housekeeping for shop
*Monitor inventory and non-inventory stock levels and inform HQ accordingly to replenish
*Make sales - promote products and company profile to customers
*Maintain full understanding of product knowledge, company profile and operation  procedures. When doubt, refer to Operation Manager


*Arrange Duty Roster for retail staff
*Conduct training whenever deemed necessary about products, sales techniques and  company profile to new and existing staff
*Supervise Sales Assistants in performing their duties efficiently
*Conduct appraisal and performance reviews of Sales Assistant
*Managing and motivating team to achieve monthly sales target

*Assist Operation Manger in other duties assigned from time to time
*Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
*Respond to customer complaints and comments. When in doubt, refer to Operation  Manager.
*Update Operation Manager on business performance, new initiatives to improve  business and other pertinent issues
*Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and what competitors are  doing
