- Deal with queries from the visitor and customer.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls as well as provide information to callers.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Candidate must posses at least SPM certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Receptionist.
- Good communication skills, both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good computer skills.
