We are an established, innovative and dynamic Business process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider specializing in extensive range of inbound and outbound communication and data management technologies and document management services primarily for finacial institution and government sector. This includes imaging, intelligent data capture, data processing and document printing services. We are seeking dynamic and motivated individual to fill the following vacancy for our office located in BUKIT JELUTONG (SHAH ALAM).

  • To coordinate and liaise with internal departments for timely and accurate reports for customers.
  • To handle customer’s enquiries on projects updates and new projects.

  • Candidate must be a Diploma holder with 2 - 3 years working experience preferably as Customers Service Executive in banking or insurance industries.
  • A self motivated candidate with ability to work independently & result orientated.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, preferably with fluency in Mandarin.
  • Preferably Female Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
