(Mother Cinema)


  • Responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to ticket and concession item purchaser.
  • To usher the guests into the cinema and ensure that tickets are correct (movie titles, date, time and price).
  • Attend to all customer's enquiries, requests and feedback.
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor when required.

Customer Relations Officer (CRO)



  1. Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.
  • Welcomes and connects with every customer.
  • Responsible for customer needs and appropriately suggests products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
  • Offers customer demonstrations and samples to create an opportunity for the customers to interact with the product.
  • Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.
  • Demonstrates the good behavior by taking care of customer needs.
  1. Contributes to company’s profitability
  • Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
  • Attend to all customer’s enquiries, requests and feedback.
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor when required.
  • Minimum SPM with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Friendly, active, fun and outgoing.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with people from all levels
  • Team spirited, responsible and with positive work attitude
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience in the service industry would be an added advantage.
  • Contract/part-time positions available.
