Overseeing and responsible for site service counter’s daily operation and attend to customer needs. Provide customer enquiry response and solution. Handle confirmation of purchase order, products enquiries, reservation and confirmation, transfer and cancellation of sales.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- 1 year experience in service industry
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Conversant in major Chinese Dialects and English
- Computer literate
