  • Responsible to handle security documents and credit files as follows:-
    1. Maintenance of security documents register as well as security movement

    2. To attend to security documents cut-over to and from CCSS/ACS/Islamic Banking

    3. To attend to deposit and withdrawal of security documents

    4. To attend to request to and from CCSS/ACS/Islamic Banking for security envelopes, files and photocopies of documents including collections of the requested items
  • To monitor and ensure the inventory of security documents are properly maintained
  • To monitor and update insurance coverage for charged properties:-
    1. To submit proposal for fresh insurance coverage under RHBI and cancellation of insurance policy when the property has been auctioned or redeemed

    2. Auto-debit reject cases: attend to the necessary preparation for Admin section to effect payment by debiting the various accounts as per the auto-debit reject list.

    3. LOADS Updating including TRV Updating in NP system and DCRMS

    4. Clearing & custodian of post dated cheques.

    5. To attend to the overall services & maintenance of office fixed assets/equipment.

    6. To perform CTOS/CCRIS check for East Malaysia RRC recovery teams Assets Verification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Some knowledge of financial analysis, credit and recovery processes will be an advantage.

  • Good PC skills with proficiency in MS Office/Power Point.

  • Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills

  • Able to work long hours (as and when needed)
