To be responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Systems of the building assigned. To carry out daily inspection and monitoring for HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switch gear and TNB supply To ensure that all mechanical pump-sets are regularly checked and report to Building Executive weekly. To inspect all equipment in the Security Control Room and advise management on the status and conditions of the equipment. To ensure that all M & E Plans, Certificates and Fixture are orderly kept. Preventive and plan maintenance for HT equipment and accessories c/w data tracking, calibration, energy management, load balancing, load test and etc. To carry out preventive maintenance as per standing operation procedures. To acknowledge Service Orders that assigns by Help Desk and then dedicates work tasks to subordinates. Updated info of work progress for individual Service Order must be feed back to Help Desk within 48hours. To obtain a list of all Mechanical and Electrical service contractors for provide necessary technical support on rectification works. To identify service contractor scope of works and submit monthly schedule of contract service chit received for all services carried out to Building Executive for vetting. To inform management contractor’s competency and service performance rendered. To report any fault or failure immediately to the management during the servicing time and recommend for follow up action. To supervise external contractor closely during the time of servicing and verify wireman’s report. To carry out in-house maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management. To carry out weekly standby Generator and Fire Pump-sets Testing. To check Fire Alarm Control Panel and print-out daily. To verify wireman’s checklist report and submit weekly to Building Executive. To carry out all necessary maintenance works and checklist as assigned by management i.e. all types of water pumps, cooling tower, WCPU, ACSU, sewerage treatment plant (STP), ventilation fans and etc. To ensure that maintenance schedule is been followed in accordance to the safety requirement and operating procedures. To recommend to the management measures that can be taken to achieve cost saving in maintenance. To maximize utilization on deployment of electricians and resources Possess competent Chargeman Certificate Level B4 issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga or Jabatan Bekalan Elektrik. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Job role in Building/Facilities Maintenance or Machinery Maintenance. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
