Answer telephone enquiries from customers Accept and enter customer orders in computer system Provide customers with product and service information Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved Accuracy and completeness of the data Escalating queries as required and tracking response time Other duties as assigned Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any fields Must be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (written and spoken) Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience High degree of computer literacy Excellent telephone manner and listening skills Ability to deal with difficult people Problem solving ability Posses own transport Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
