Formulate company's human resource policies and procedures in line with corporate objectives and Bursa Malaysia rules and regulations; Coordinate in -house and external training programmes; Administer performance evaluation, handle industrial relations issues and other disciplinary matters; Process payroll, overtime, staff claims and submission of contribution to relavent authorities; Supervise and guide the team in all matters pertaining to human resources, administration and licensing; Prepare proposals, review quotation, verify invoices for payments and work closely with company service providers; Attend to all queries / complaint from staff and remisiers, pertaining to office matters; Perform other duties as may be directed by Management from time to time. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline; Good knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other statutory requirements; Knowledge in payroll software will be an advantage; Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
